Situational
Walk me through how you'd greet and help a customer who comes in to open a new checking account.
basic grasp of account-opening flow and comfort guiding a stranger through a sales-service interaction
A customer tells you they're not interested in switching to online banking and just want to keep coming into the branch. How do you respond?
ability to educate and encourage adoption of digital tools without being pushy or dismissive of the customer's preference
If a customer's financial need is outside what you can handle yourself, like a mortgage or insurance question, what do you do?
willingness to hand off to specialists and work as part of a team rather than overpromise
How do you stay accurate when you're processing a lot of transactions back to back and the lobby is busy?
