Where these listings come from.

OfferDrill reads the job boards that employers publish themselves. When a company posts a role on its own careers page, that page is backed by a public feed — the same one your browser calls when you click through. That is what we read, and it is all we read.

We do not take listings from Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor or ZipRecruiter. We do not scrape pages, and we never go behind a login.

Every listing shows two dates

The date the employer posted it, and the date we last checked that it was still there. Both are near the top of the page, because a job site that hides how old its listings are is wasting your evening.

We re-check every listing against its source. When a role disappears from the board it came from, we mark it closed the same day. The page stays up for thirty days with a banner and links to similar open roles, then it goes.

You apply on the employer site

Every apply button goes to the company page the listing came from. We do not collect applications, we do not take a fee, and we are not between you and the employer at any point.

What we add

The interview questions. Each listing carries the questions that role is likely to be asked, written from that specific job description rather than a generic list — and a way to practice them out loud in Offer, which is the app this site belongs to.
