What this site is
OfferDrill lists open jobs and helps you prepare for the interviews. It is not a recruiter, not an employment agency, and not a party to any hiring decision. Employers do not pay us to be listed.
The listings
Listings are read from public job boards that employers publish themselves, and shown with the date they were posted and the date we last checked them. We re-check them and close the ones that disappear, but a role can be filled before it comes off the board. Always trust the employer page over ours.
You apply on the employer site. We never receive your application and we cannot tell you anything about its status.
Preparation is not advice
The interview questions and sample answers here are preparation material. They are not career advice, not legal advice, and not a promise of any outcome. Nobody can guarantee you a job, and we do not.
Sample answers are examples to adapt with your own true experience. We will not help anyone invent or conceal experience. That is a line we hold everywhere on this site and in the app.
Acceptable use
Read the site, use the tool, share the pages. Do not hammer it with automated requests, do not copy the content wholesale to republish it, and do not use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.
The free tool
The question tool is provided as is and limits how much it will read at once. It is a model reading a job posting, so it can be wrong. Use your judgment.
Employers
To have a listing removed, email hello@offerdrill.com. We will remove it, usually the same day, and we will not ask why.
Liability
We work to keep this accurate and current, but the site is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of anything here, including applying for a role that has already been filled.
