What their postings tell you
Everything below is counted from Flex’s own open listings. We do not publish a description of their interview process, because a job posting does not tell you that and guessing would be worse than saying nothing.
Who they are hiring
9 senior or lead and 46 mid-level out of 55 open. Weighted toward experience. There is not much here for a first job.
Where the work is
- Buffalo Grove — 43 roles
- Libertyville — 12 roles
What we do not know
How many rounds they run, who you will meet, or how long they take. If you have interviewed here and want to save the next person the guesswork, tell us and we will add it, attributed to candidates rather than to the company.
