Likely interview questions for this role

Written from this job description, not a generic list. Each one notes what the interviewer is really checking.

About your past

Tell me about a tentpole campaign you led, like a Prime Day or a big trade show, from brief to execution.

What they are checking: Whether they have led large, date-driven campaigns where everything must land on time.

Tell me about a time a campaign was at risk because of a resourcing gap. What did you do?

What they are checking: Whether they flag risk early and find solutions instead of letting a launch quietly slip.

How do you keep many channel owners informed without endless meetings?

What they are checking: Whether they create a clear planning cadence and communication habits that scale.

What would you do

Two business units want the same week for their big launches. How do you broker the trade-off?

What they are checking: Whether they can surface conflicts early and lead groups to a decision based on business impact.

How do you run an executive stage-gate process without slowing teams down?

What they are checking: Whether they keep governance light and useful, so it improves decisions rather than adding delay.

How do you make sure every channel follows brand standards during a busy campaign period?

What they are checking: Whether they can protect brand consistency while many teams are executing at the same time.

About the work

You would own the annual and 120-day integrated marketing calendar. How do you keep it realistic and trusted?

What they are checking: Whether they can run a single source of truth that teams actually use, not one that drifts from reality.

Walk me through the campaign brief you would write for a tentpole moment.

What they are checking: Whether they can define objective, audience, narrative, channel roles, timeline and success measures clearly.

How would you plan Chamberlain Group's presence at CES so it advances brand and demand goals?

What they are checking: Whether they think about event activation in terms of measurable goals, not just a booth and swag.

How do you measure whether an integrated campaign worked across many channels?

What they are checking: Whether they can define shared success measures instead of each channel claiming its own win.
