willingness to advocate for the patient and communicate with ordering physicians rather than just following orders blindly

You're on call and get paged in the middle of the night for a trauma case. Walk me through what happens from the moment your phone rings to when you're imaging the patient.

reliability under the one-hour call response requirement and composure during off-hours emergencies

Describe a shift where patient volume suddenly spiked. How did you prioritize and keep quality from slipping?

ability to adapt to volume swings without cutting corners on safety or accuracy

This role involves weekend, holiday, and call rotation with primarily PM and mid-shift hours. How do you feel about that, and what's made a schedule like this work or not work for you before?
