What they are checking: Whether they design for real operational decisions, not just pretty charts.

How do you clean and shape raw network data so it is reliable before you visualize it?

What they are checking: Whether they put data quality first, since bad data leads to bad operational decisions.

What is the difference between how Kibana and a tool like Tableau or Power BI handle data?

What they are checking: Whether they understand Elasticsearch-backed visualizations and their strengths and limits.

How would you write an Elasticsearch query or aggregation to show outage trends over time?

What they are checking: Whether they have hands-on skill querying and aggregating data in Elastic.

What makes a visualization misleading, and how do you avoid it?

What they are checking: Whether they know common traps like truncated axes and poor color choices that distort meaning.
