About your past

Tell me about an absorbent or personal care product you developed from concept toward launch. What was your role in the technical decisions?

How do you work with Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing and Insights so the product you design can actually be made and sold?

What they are checking: Whether they design with manufacturing and business constraints in mind from the start.

Tell me about a time you mentored a junior product developer. What did you focus on?

What would you do

Your lab results look strong, but consumer testing comes back poor. What do you do?

A Project Leader wants to cut a test to hit a launch date, and you think the risk is real. How do you handle it?

Adult and feminine care can be sensitive topics for consumers. How does that shape how you design and test products?

About the work

How would you build a learning plan for a new Poise or Depend light incontinence product?

What they are checking: Whether they can structure experiments that answer the riskiest questions first instead of testing everything.

What product attributes matter most to someone choosing a light bladder leakage product, and how would you measure them in the lab?

What they are checking: Whether they connect consumer needs like discretion and dryness to measurable lab performance.

How do you decide when you have enough data to move a project to the next stage?

What they are checking: Whether they can balance speed and risk instead of over-testing or rushing a weak concept forward.

What statistical methods do you use to compare product prototypes?

What they are checking: Whether they can design experiments and read results with enough rigor to avoid false conclusions.
