About your past

What they are checking: Whether they understand customers come first while still finishing presentation tasks on time.

You see someone putting a jacket in their bag. What would you do?

About the work

How would you help someone pick between two running tops that look almost the same but cost different amounts?

What they are checking: Whether they can explain fabric and feature differences in plain terms so the customer trusts the recommendation.

What does following a floor set and signage standard mean to you, and why does it matter?

What they are checking: Whether they see merchandising standards as something that helps people shop, not just busy work.
