What they are checking: concrete familiarity with PPAP requirements versus reciting the acronym
What inspection equipment have you used besides mics and calipers, and what's one gage you had to learn on the job rather than already knowing?
What they are checking: actual hands-on tool range and honesty about learning curve
Have you worked with SAP or a similar MRP system for quality records? What did you use it for specifically?
What they are checking: real system experience versus a checkbox answer, since it's listed as preferred not required
