Quality Technician

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Position Summary The Quality Technician learns and applies basic inspection and quality principles to support safe, accurate, and timely product acceptance. This role follows defined work instructions and quality standards under close supervision. Key Responsibilities • Perform basic product inspections according to drawings, specifications, and standard inspection instructions. • Use basic inspection tools (e.g., calipers, gages) accurately and consistently. • Complete inspection records and documentation as instructed. • Identify and escalate nonconformances or abnormalities to senior technicians or supervisors. • Follow all safety, quality, and standard work requirements without reminder. Experience & Skills • 2–3 years of quality experience, preferred in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment. • Ability to read basic prints and specifications with training. • Willingness and ability to learn inspection methods, tools, and documentation requirements. • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word). • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
