What do you know about IAHSS or the CHSO certification, and are you comfortable working toward it within two years while on the job?
awareness of the required certification path and willingness to commit to ongoing training
Do you currently hold or are you eligible for a Concealed Carry Weapon license through the DOJ, since this role requires carrying a taser?

Situational
Walk me through how you'd handle a report of a possible abducted infant at the hospital.
