What they are checking: Whether they see the gap between field EMS and donor screening clearly and are ready to close it.

Tell me about a time you calmed a scared patient in the field. How would you use that here?

What they are checking: Whether they can bring bedside manner to anxious donors, especially first-timers.

What they are checking: Whether they handle a safety concern professionally and follow the deferral process without accusing.

About the work

How would you take a donor's health history so you don't miss something they forgot to mention?

What they are checking: Whether they ask follow-up questions instead of only reading the form back.

A donor tells you they feel a racing heartbeat during the donation. Walk me through your response.

What they are checking: Whether they stop the collection, assess properly and escalate quickly when symptoms could be serious.

Why does donor safety also protect patients who receive medicines made from plasma?

What they are checking: Whether they see how screening protects both ends of the supply chain.
