Tell me about a time you learned a hands-on skill quickly. What helped it stick?

About the work

When you take a donor's vitals, which readings would make you stop and bring in a medical staff member?

What they are checking: Whether they understand the screener flags results for medical staff instead of making the eligibility call alone.

A finger stick shows a donor's protein or hematocrit just outside the allowed range. What do you do with that result?

What they are checking: Whether they respect hard cutoffs and record the result exactly, even when it's close and the donor is disappointed.
