Walk me through how you would hire your first therapists and front desk staff for a new clinic.

What they are checking: Whether they know what makes a strong early team and how to attract pediatric clinicians.

A family's insurance denies coverage for continued therapy. How would you handle it as the director?

What they are checking: Whether they can support families through authorizations and appeals while keeping the clinic compliant.

About the work

What numbers would you watch to know whether your clinic is healthy in its first year?
