What does a good pre-delivery confirmation call sound like to you, and what do you do when you can't reach the customer?

What they are checking: Whether they know confirmations prevent failed deliveries and have a clear process for unreachable customers.

The posting mentions monitoring contractor COIs. Do you know what a certificate of insurance is and why a last mile operation tracks it?
