Your queue is backed up and a supervisor asks you to speed up. What do you do?

About the work

What they are checking: Whether they understand which numbers matter most when source documents feed a tax return.

How comfortable are you with Excel and learning new software quickly?

What they are checking: Whether they can get productive fast in a temporary role with little ramp-up time.

How do you treat confidential financial information like Social Security numbers?

How do you keep track of which documents you have finished and which are still open?

What they are checking: Organization that keeps files from getting lost or entered twice in a high-volume workflow.
