Technicians are leaving within their first year in one region. How would you find out why?

What they are checking: Whether they see retention as part of recruiting and dig into root causes with the business.

How would you convince a hiring manager who keeps rejecting good candidates to adjust their criteria?

About the work

What they are checking: Their ability to turn hiring trends, turnover and growth plans into forecasts and priorities.

Where would you look for technician candidates beyond job boards?

What they are checking: Creativity with sourcing such as trade schools, military transitions, apprenticeships and referrals.

What metrics would you report to service leadership, and what would you do with them?

What they are checking: Data fluency around time to fill, quality of hire and retention, and using data to change behavior.
