Walk me through how you'd run a new product introduction from engineering into full production on a 24/5 line.

What they are checking: Whether they manage NPI with clear gates so new products don't destabilize running production.

How do you build EH&S into engineering changes so safety isn't reviewed only at the end?

What they are checking: Whether safety is designed into their change process from the start, as the posting emphasizes.

What process controls would you expect to see on a polishing pad line, and how would you know they're working?

What they are checking: Whether they understand how pad consistency is protected for semiconductor customers.
