Tell me about a technical disagreement with another engineer. How did you resolve it?

What they are checking: Whether they think about horizontal scaling, data protection and access control together.

What do you look for when reviewing a teammate's pull request?

What they are checking: Whether their reviews catch real problems and help others grow, as an advisor-level engineer should.

How do you keep a large, shared codebase maintainable over years?

What they are checking: Whether they value clear design and documentation on a long-lived platform.
