If a provider's schedule fills up faster than expected and a patient needs an urgent pre-procedure workup, how do you decide what gets bumped?

prioritization skill and comfort making judgment calls that affect provider workflow

How do you keep yourself organized and accountable once you move from onsite work to a hybrid schedule, without a supervisor physically nearby?

self-direction and reliability once remote flexibility kicks in after training

What would you do if a patient shows up for a scheduled procedure and you realize their required pre-clearance, like cardiology clearance or labs, was never completed?
