Department: 34117 Advocate Lutheran General Hospital - Nursing: Hospital at Home Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 0.9 FTE, 36 hours/week, 09:00am start time - 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) Advocate Health | Hospital at Home Program Park Ridge, IL (Lutheran General Hospital) Full Time; 12 hour day shift Sign on Bonus $5,000 paid out 50% at 90 days, 50% at 1 year of employment (External Hire Only) Be the Nurse Who Redefines Care Step outside the traditional hospital walls and deliver hospital-level care directly in patients’ homes . This innovative role blends the autonomy of delivering care in the home setting with the complexity of acute inpatient nursing , supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
