What they are checking: Whether they have personal checking habits rather than trusting that they'll just be careful.

Why do you think a blood services organization has to be so strict about how its records are kept?

What they are checking: Whether they understand that records support safety, traceability and regulatory audits, not just paperwork.

What experience do you have with databases, scanning, or electronic records systems?

What they are checking: Whether they can handle the software side of records work and learn new systems quickly.

How do you handle confidential information you come across while doing your work?

What they are checking: Whether they treat donor and personnel information with discretion and know not to share it casually.
