Written from this job description, not a generic list. Each one notes what the interviewer is really checking.

About your past

Tell me about a time you reduced time to value for customers during onboarding. What did you change?

What they are checking: Whether they have actually streamlined onboarding, which this team names as a core goal.

Tell me about a product decision you made that turned out wrong. How did you find out and what did you do?

What they are checking: Whether they use evidence to catch mistakes early and own them openly.

Tell me about a time you had to lead a cross-functional team you didn't manage through a hard delivery.

What would you do

A large customer asks for a custom feature only they need. How do you decide whether to build it, make it reusable, or defer it?

How do you build and defend a roadmap when Sales, Engineering and Delivery each have different priorities?

Credit data carries regulatory limits on how it can be used. How do you factor compliance into product decisions?

What they are checking: Whether they involve compliance early and design within permissible-use rules instead of discovering limits late.

About the work

How would you explain the difference between Data Enrichment, Data Extract and Archives to a customer deciding which one they need?

What they are checking: Whether they can clearly position related data products by the customer problem each one solves.

What does it mean to deliver data into a customer's native environment, and what technical challenges come with that?

What they are checking: Whether they understand data delivery methods like cloud data sharing and APIs, and the security and format issues involved.

What would you measure to know whether Data Enrichment is succeeding as a product?

What they are checking: Whether they pick metrics tied to customer value and revenue, not just feature delivery.

How do you translate a product initiative into requirements engineering can build without over-specifying the solution?

What they are checking: Whether they define the problem and outcome clearly while leaving engineers room to design.
