About the work

A patient comes in with dysuria and a history of recurrent UTIs. Walk me through your workup and treatment.

How do you approach a well visit for a 50 year old who has not seen a doctor in ten years?

What they are checking: Knowledge of preventive screening priorities and how to sequence them without overwhelming the patient.

How do you document a visit so that the next clinician, who you may never meet, can pick up the thread?

What they are checking: Clear, concise charting that supports continuity in a non-panel model.
