What they are checking: Whether they can tie data products to a client's real outcomes like growth, risk or acquisition.

Tell me about a time you found a cross-sell in an existing account.

What would you do

Walk me through how you'd build a sales plan for a portfolio of lenders and fintechs you just inherited.

What they are checking: Whether they can prioritize accounts and plan growth instead of reacting to whatever comes in.

A credit union says they already have credit data from another bureau. How do you open a conversation?

What they are checking: Whether they can find a business problem worth solving instead of competing only on price.

You need help from Product and Solutions Consulting to close a deal, but they're stretched. How do you get their time?

What they are checking: Whether they can coordinate internal teams and make a clear case for their support.

A key client contact leaves and the new one doesn't know you. What do you do?

What they are checking: Whether they protect relationships by building ties at more than one level of an account.

About the work

How do you keep your pipeline accurate so your forecast is something leadership can trust?

What they are checking: Whether they are disciplined about opportunity tracking, which the posting calls out.

What do you understand about how lenders use credit data in acquisition and account management?

What they are checking: Whether they understand the customer's business well enough to sell credit solutions credibly.
