This role includes weekend and on-call rotation across communities on the southeast side of Chicago, in all kinds of weather. How have you managed being on call for end-of-life visits, and what does your support system look like for that kind of schedule?

How do you approach providing training or consultation to hospice staff who are struggling emotionally after a patient's death?
