What would you do

An operations leader wants to make a capital investment. How do you evaluate the request?

How would you set up a monthly operations review so leaders focus on what matters?

What they are checking: Whether they can design a simple, focused cadence instead of a long stack of slides nobody reads.

About the work

How would you build a cost model that compares manufacturing performance across plants in different countries?

What they are checking: Whether they can normalize for currency, labor and overhead differences to compare sites fairly.

Walk me through how you analyze a large purchase price or manufacturing variance.

How do you think about inventory valuation and excess and obsolete reserves in a global supply chain?

What they are checking: Understanding of how inventory decisions hit the balance sheet and earnings.
