What would you do

You would manage four to eight of our largest global customers. How do you split your time across a book that small and that important?

Your customer's main sponsor leaves the firm. What do you do next?

About the work

How do you balance new business with retention when you own both for the same customer?

What they are checking: Whether they understand that retention protects the base that expansion depends on.

How would you build an account plan that ties our products to the firm's own strategic goals?

What they are checking: Whether they sell to the customer's business priorities, not just product features.
