What would you do

You will match scholarships to donor intent. What would you do if a fund's criteria are so narrow that no student has qualified in years?

Say a department awards a scholarship to a student who does not meet the fund's requirements. How do you handle it?

How would you coordinate scholarship awards with the financial aid office?

How would you set and enforce scholarship budgets so departments do not over-award?

How can scholarships support recruitment and retention goals, not just reward high achievers?

What they are checking: Whether they think strategically about who scholarships reach and how awards affect enrollment.

How do you keep several scholarship databases accurate and in sync?

What they are checking: Whether they have habits for reconciling data across systems, which the posting says this job requires.
