About your past

Tell me about a time you worked with other traders on a shared idea.

What they are checking: Whether they will collaborate in a flat firm that expects traders to share ideas.

What would you do

Your stop is hit but you still believe in the trade. What do you do?

What they are checking: Whether they respect their own risk rules over their conviction, which protects firm capital.

What would you need from Gelber's technology and data to run your strategy here?

What they are checking: Whether they have thought practically about moving their book and what makes it work.

About the work

Where does your edge in FX come from: flow, macro, relative value or something else?

What they are checking: Whether they can name and defend the specific source of returns in a crowded market.

How do central bank meetings and data releases shape the way you size and hold risk?

What they are checking: Whether they manage event risk deliberately rather than getting surprised by scheduled volatility.

Explain how you would trade a view through spot versus FX futures versus options.

What they are checking: Whether they choose instruments by cost, liquidity and payoff shape, not by habit.

How do you think about correlation when you hold several dollar crosses at once?

What they are checking: Whether they see hidden concentration in a book that looks diversified but is one dollar bet.

How has FX market structure changed in the last few years, and how did you adjust?

What they are checking: Whether they keep up with liquidity and execution changes that erode or create edges.
