What order of draw do you follow, and why does it matter?

What they are checking: Whether they understand additive carryover between tubes, which can quietly ruin test results.

How do you approach a capillary stick on an infant or a very young child?

What they are checking: Whether they have real experience across all age groups, which the posting specifically requires.
