About your past

Tell me about a change management framework you built from scratch. What did you include, and how did people actually use it?

What they are checking: Self-starting ability and whether they can earn influence before they have resources.

An executive sponsor is too busy to stay visible on their change effort. How do you handle it?

What they are checking: Whether they can coach senior leaders on their role without overstepping.

How would you adapt a change approach for a global company with plants, field service and office teams?

What they are checking: Understanding that frontline and office workers need different communication and support.

What do you do when two major initiatives are hitting the same employees at the same time?

What they are checking: Awareness of change saturation and willingness to raise it with leadership.

About the work

How would you assess whether an organization is ready for a major change?

What they are checking: Knowledge of readiness assessment methods and the signals that show people are not ready.

How do you measure whether a change actually stuck six months later?

What they are checking: Whether they focus on lasting adoption and behavior, not just training completion.
