What they are checking: Whether they can design the full customer journey across email, push and SMS.

How do you tie a CRM program to company KPIs like retention or lifetime value?

What they are checking: Whether they measure business impact, not just opens and clicks.

How do you set up a test so you know a campaign actually caused the lift you're seeing?

What they are checking: Whether they use holdout groups and sound testing rather than taking credit for natural behavior.
