Our Analysts work independently and in group settings to get hands on experience in building effective relationships and creating solutions for our clients. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 2 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users • At least 1 years of related experience with Oracle Cloud SCM implementations • Project implementation experience in one the following areas: Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management or Product Hub • Implementation experience within the Healthcare industry preferred • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment • Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision • A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • ​Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $91,800 - $106,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
