About your past

Tell me about a time you worked with quality and engineering to fix a recurring defect.

What they are checking: Whether they can lead cross-functional root cause problem solving.

What would you do

How would you start in a newly created CI role at a site that hasn't had one?

What they are checking: Whether they can build trust and pick early wins before pushing big changes.

Operators push back and say your new standard work slows them down. What do you do?

What they are checking: Whether they listen to the floor and adjust instead of forcing changes.

What CI opportunities would you look for first in welding and paint operations?

What they are checking: Whether they understand common waste and quality issues in fabrication processes.

How do you pick which improvement projects to work on first?

What they are checking: Whether they prioritize by impact on safety, quality, capacity and cost.

How would you measure capacity at a site building engineered buildings to order?
