How do you grow work with an existing client after the first project wraps up?

A CFO challenges your volume forecast in front of the board. How do you respond?

How do you make a complex economic model understandable to clinical leaders?

What they are checking: Whether they can translate financial findings so physicians and nurses see why it matters for patients.

About the work

What they are checking: Core healthcare finance knowledge that separates real healthcare economists from general financial analysts.

How do you use claims or market share data to size an opportunity for a health system?

What they are checking: Whether they know which data sources fit which questions and where those sources fall short.

How do you review a manager's model to catch errors before it goes to a client?

What they are checking: Whether they have a disciplined quality review process that protects the firm's credibility.

What healthcare policy or market changes do you think will most affect health system finances in the next few years?

What they are checking: Whether they follow the industry closely enough to shape client strategy rather than react to it.
