What data protection terms do you include when we host or process client data across countries?

What they are checking: Whether they understand GDPR, data transfer rules and processor obligations in a hosting context.

What would you put in a contract playbook so sales could handle common issues without you?

What they are checking: Whether they can scale legal support through clear fallback positions and guidance.

How do you handle intellectual property terms when we build tools or automation for a client?

What they are checking: Whether they protect our reusable IP while giving the client what they reasonably need.
