What would you do

A sales leader says your dashboard is too busy. How do you decide what to take out?

What they are checking: Whether they design around the user's key decisions instead of showing every metric available.

Your dashboard shows a number the sales team is sure is wrong. What do you do?

What they are checking: Whether they investigate openly and trace the data, which builds trust even when they turn out right.

About the work

How do you define a KPI so that everyone calculates it the same way?

How do you keep a dashboard reliable after it's built?

What they are checking: Whether they monitor data refreshes and quality, since a broken dashboard quickly loses users' trust.

Boating is seasonal. How would you account for that when reporting sales trends?

What they are checking: Whether they compare like periods and avoid misleading month-to-month swings in seasonal data.
