Likely interview questions for this role

Written from this job description, not a generic list. Each one notes what the interviewer is really checking.

About your past

Tell me about a time you ran or fixed a lead-flow or routing process. What was breaking, and what did you change?

What they are checking: Whether they have real operations experience moving leads through a pipeline, not only reporting on it.

Tell me about a time you worked with technical teams to turn business requirements into a tool. What did you do to make sure it fit the real workflow?

What they are checking: Whether they can bridge operations and engineering so the system solves the actual problem.

What would you do

We want an agentic system that automates intake and routing with human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Where would you put those checkpoints?

What they are checking: Their judgment about where automation is safe and where a person must confirm before acting.

A seller is frustrated because their AI opportunity sat for a week with no response. How do you handle it?

What they are checking: Whether they own the problem, recover the opportunity and fix the gap rather than make excuses.

Two practice teams both want the same opportunity. How do you decide where it goes?

What they are checking: Whether they can apply consistent rules and escalate fairly when routing creates internal conflict.

About the work

Walk me through how you would design an intake process so that no AI opportunity gets lost between a seller request and a practice team.

What they are checking: Whether they think in terms of controls, checkpoints and audits that prevent lead leakage.

How would you qualify an incoming AI request so you can route it to the right practice or partner?

What they are checking: Whether they know what information actually separates a real opportunity from a vague inquiry.

What CRM have you configured, and what changes did you make to fields, stages or workflows?

What they are checking: Hands-on CRM configuration skill, which the role relies on to keep opportunity management measurable.

How would you set SLAs for acknowledgment and routing, and how would you know if we are meeting them?

What they are checking: Whether they can define clear service levels and build reporting that holds the process accountable.

What would you put on a weekly dashboard for AI Central leadership?

What they are checking: Whether they know which measures show intake health, speed and stalled opportunities at a glance.
