composure and correct sequencing under solo, overnight, low-support conditions

You're working overnight alone and you notice the coil isn't reading right or equipment seems off. Walk me through what you'd do.

knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, documentation of malfunctions, and when to call for help versus proceed

How do you approach explaining the exam and answering questions for a patient who is extremely ill or possibly not fully oriented?

ability to adjust communication style to patient capacity while still getting informed cooperation

If you suspected a quench was starting, or you needed to evacuate the suite, what would you actually do step by step?

real familiarity with emergency and safety protocols specific to MRI, not just theoretical awareness

This schedule is two 12-hour overnight shifts every Saturday and Sunday, all year. What makes you confident this is sustainable for you long term?
