About the work

Walk me through how you would set reserves for a client's self-insured workers compensation program.

How do you decide which loss development method to rely on when they give very different answers?

How would you project the cash flows for outstanding liabilities, and why would a client care about the timing?

How have you made an existing actuarial model more efficient, and how did you make sure results stayed the same?

What they are checking: Process improvement with proper validation, a stated part of the role.

How do you build an exhibit so a risk manager with no actuarial training can follow your findings?
