Tell me about a time you improved a process that others had accepted as fine.

What would you do

You'd be the primary owner of BD's U.S. Sales New Hire Orientation. What makes an orientation program actually speed up readiness?

Several stakeholders give you conflicting feedback on the program. How do you decide what to change?

What they are checking: Weighing input against goals and data instead of trying to please everyone.

This is a hybrid role. How do you stay connected to new hires and partners when you're not in person?
