As a Technology Educator , you'll be responsible for improving the quality of engineers at Optiver . The Technology Education team shape s practices that influence technical hiring and talent development globally . This is a hands-on role for an experienced software engineer who is passionate about developing people. Below is the expected base salary for this position. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and Optiver’s benefits package with the benefits listed above.

$200,000 — $200,000 USD
