Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by helping athletes find the right products to support their sport, activity and lifestyle. As a Sales Teammate, you will provide knowledge and personalized service, assist with product selection, maintain strong merchandising and presentation standards, and build meaningful connections with every athlete. Working as part of a team-first environment, you will bring expertise, energy and passion while supporting sales results and ensuring every athlete leaves confident in their purchase. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations. • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions. • Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings. • Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence. • Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals. QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or Equivalent VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS: At DICK’S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
