This role covers everything from neonates to geriatric patients, and ambulatory to ICU status. How do you adjust your prep and positioning approach depending on who's on the table?
What they are checking: actual range of clinical experience across patient populations, not just comfort with one type of case
How do you keep a specialty cart stocked and ready, and what's your process when you find something damaged or out of date?
