About the work

Walk me through how you'd assess the current state of a supply chain function before recommending any digital tools.

How do you quantify the value of a digital supply chain initiative before you get funding?

What they are checking: Whether they can build a credible business case leaders will trust and later check.

How would you prioritize a list of digitization ideas across aftermarket, manufacturing and logistics?
