About the work

What they are checking: Designing for scale and consistency across outsourced partners with different cultures and setups.

When would you use micro-learning instead of instructor-led training for a disputes process?

What they are checking: Choosing the right format for the content and learner rather than defaulting to one.

How do you evaluate whether training worked? What data do you look at?

What they are checking: Analytical evaluation beyond surveys, such as quality scores, error rates and behavior change.

How do you make sure learning sticks after training ends, so agents apply it with members?

What they are checking: Designing for transfer and retention, which the posting names directly.
