Sr Demand & Capacity Analyst

Job Summary This position is responsible for providing analysis regarding a central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, processing resource requests, and coordinating schedule of resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs; maintaining visibility of pool capacity to all stakeholders to ensure effective alignment of development demand and capacity; providing input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes. *Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification and 6 years Information Technology experience; OR 8 years Information Technology experience. * Teamwork and collaboration skills; oral and written communications skills. * Knowledge of project planning tools e.g., MS Project. * Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel. * Knowledge of application development platforms. * Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS. * Knowledge of mobile and web technologies. * Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage). * Knowledge of end user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile). Preferred Job Qualifications: * Knowledge of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development. * Negotiation. * Business acumen *Experience implementing data analysis workflows *Experience creating user friendly dashboards or reports of data. * Data Analysis or Intelligence Analysis experience. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances. Base Pay Range $76,600.00 - $138,500.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
