An employee is frustrated because a claim was denied and blames HR. How do you handle that conversation?

About the work

Walk me through how you'd explain the difference between a flexible spending account and a health savings account to a new employee.

What experience do you have with the Wisconsin Retirement System, and how would you help an employee who is planning to retire next year?

An employee asks for time off for a serious health condition. How do you work through whether FMLA applies and what comes next?

What they are checking: Whether they know the eligibility steps, notices, and documentation needed to run a leave correctly and on time.

The posting mentions evaluating programs for improvement. How would you decide whether a benefit or wellbeing program is worth keeping?

What they are checking: Whether they look at usage, cost and employee feedback instead of keeping programs out of habit.
